It's Just Spiced Pears
It's Just Spiced Pears
Our photorealistic fruit single note, It’s Just Pears is getting a spicy autumnal chypre remix. The honey amber base is a bit richer on this version and overall the fragrance gives the impression of a spiced pear tarte tatin.
Notes: Bartlett pears, brandy, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, clove, caramel sauce, on a buttery chypre base.
The base of the original It's Just Pears... was already most of the way to a chypre base . We altered our formula to include additional resins, oakmoss, vetiver, ginger, star anise, cloves, and a dash of cinnamon for this fall themed version.

it's just spiced pears was the scent that made me fall in love with fruity scents, and cirrus in general made me fall in love with chypres. I don't know how zoey did it but I'm so grateful. It's perfectly spiced and not too sweet. I have so many on my wishlist 😅
Never seen a name so fitting of a smell. This smells like a Christmas time wassail but made with pears and not apples. Immaculate fall scent
received a sample of this one with my 10 ml of chamomile cafe and coincidentally felt the two would .. pear well. alone, it’s just spiced pears brings the coziest and sweetest stewed pears to life. I can even discern a sourness in the pear within it’s bath of sugar and spice that makes it all the more realistic. so simple, yet I wouldn’t mind wearing alone. layered with chamomile cafe, it’s an autumnal dream of a kitchen lit by a retreating sun over the hill and a storybook. cirrus is a genius even with their more straightforward scents.
This perfume opens with a photorealistic pear dripping in its juiciness, and is now lightly sprinkled with spices like cinnamon and turns into a gentle skin scent as it dries. This is nice because most fall scents that have fruit or sweetness in them are too cloying, heavy, and linear, and this is none of them The evolution of it is very fun. I imagine myself sitting in an old armchair in the study of a cozy lived-in home nestling into a bite of delicious pear pie while the scent and sound of fall leaves wafts around outside and makes its way in drafts through the cracks in the sill. It’s light, enjoyable, cheery, and transportive while still being a wearable chypre that lands somewhere between modern and archaic.
