The Strange Proclivities of Mr. Dickens: Hot mulled red wine, flavored with cranberries, warm spices, and orange zest; layered over a traditional chypre perfume base, pipe tobacco, and woods
Snooze: Tonka bean, lilac, vanilla, plumeria, satin sheets and a furry throw blanket, green cardamom, and white chocolate

So well thought out and executed. And the packaging was wonderful I’d never smelled anything quite like them.
My autumn was greatly enhanced with these scents here to adorn me. Spiced fruit, creamy sweaters, powdered vanities, mulled wine, and a tray of oatmeal cookies are some of the feelings evoked within this set. The joy of enjoying treats baked or aromas reminiscent of the holidays, Zoey knows how to make ‘em. These scents are so special and precious and because the chypre style is such a classic and timeless way to set these notes free on their merry way, I enjoyed each one so so much and have at least 3 I need larger sizes of!
Me and my wife both tried this discovery set off a recommendation of a friend. Absolutely loved everything! Was also given a sample of brushfire….Just take my money
I’ve just gotten into the world of indie perfumes and have been trying samples from lots of different houses. I ordered this sample set along with a several other samples and I love every single one perfume in this set. I’ll be full-sizing Antique Nuevo, Chamomile Cafe, and Snooze for sure because they pair so well with the drizzly, cold, and damp PNW weather.
I enjoyed every fragrance in this discovery set. They are all very comforting and easy to wear. I am in love with Chamomile Cafe, which opens with one of the most realistic chamomile notes I’ve smelled. During the dry down, the spices and oats start to shine. If the word “cozy” had a smell, it would be Chamomile Cafe. My second favorite is It’s Just Spiced Pears. I find some fruit fragrances to be too syrupy and cloying, but this is a beautiful blend of warm spices and bright, fresh pear. Snooze is like wrapping yourself in a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer while you look out the window on a foggy autumn morning. It is so smooth and sweet and creamy. The Stange Proclivities of Mr. Dickens is bright and fruity. I expected it to be spicier, but it’s still lovely. Antique Nouveau was probably my least favorite, but it is by no means a bad scent. I’m not a huge fan of florals, but the woodiness of the scent balances it out well into a nice, crowd-pleasing scent.
